For more than 70 years, Hydro has played a central role in powering Newfoundland and Labrador. In 2025, we continued to focus on what matters most to our customers and communities: maintaining a reliable electricity system today, while carefully planning for the energy needs of tomorrow.

Across our province, our teams worked to strengthen and modernize critical infrastructure, manage water and energy resources responsibly, and ensure our system is ready to meet peak demand, especially during periods of extreme weather. At the same time, we advanced long‑term planning initiatives, explored future supply options, invested in workforce development, and deepened relationships with Indigenous Peoples, communities, industry partners, regulators, and government.

Whether responding to emergencies, supporting economic development, or showing up when customers need us most, our people remain committed to safe, reliable service – every day, in every region we serve.
