Our 2026–2030 Strategic Plan reflects that power and purpose – it’s a sound, disciplined path forward. This five-year strategic plan provides longer-term clarity, focus and alignment across our organization. It reflects the progress we’ve made as a unified Crown utility and outlines how we will continue to navigate a rapidly evolving energy landscape together.

Centered on our shared commitment to Safety, Health and Engagement; Reliability and Readiness; and Sustainable Value Generation, the plan charts a course to deliver lasting value for the people of Newfoundland and Labrador.
