Churchill Falls is lucky to have Abby Norman and Coady Penney leading public tours this summer!

Both Abby and Coady are from Churchill Falls and pursuing post-secondary education in St. John’s – Business at MUN for Abby and Electrical Engineering Technology at CNA for Coady. They’re excited to be back in their home town for the summer, as they get to show tour groups Hydro’s amazing infrastructure and showcase the fantastic community they grew up in.

If you find yourself near Churchill Falls, why not book a tour? They are typically 1.5 hours long and the final tour of the 2025 season is August 23.

What you can expect: All tours begin in the Tour Centre of the Donald Gordon Centre, where you’ll learn about our operations through images and static displays. Then you’ll head underground where, from an observation deck, you’ll view the Generator Floor before heading to the Transformer Gallery.
