Every day, the people of Hydro work to deliver safe, reliable electricity to customers across Newfoundland and Labrador – supporting homes, businesses, and essential services that depend on us.
In 2025, our commitment to safe, reliable service was reflected in the work we delivered every day: strengthening and modernizing critical infrastructure, planning responsibly for future energy needs, building strong relationships with communities and Indigenous partners, and responding when customers needed us most. Together, these efforts ensure our system remains resilient, dependable, and ready for the challenges ahead.

Meeting the province’s evolving energy needs requires thoughtful planning, innovation, and a strong commitment to sustainability. 2025 brought focus on enabling growth by advancing programs and initiatives that support sustainable energy, economic development, and long‑term system readiness.
From expanding energy efficiency programs and supporting electrification, to strengthening our sustainability practices and modernizing how we work, we’re working to build a resilient energy future for Newfoundland and Labrador.

Showing Up Together
Strong relationships, a culture of safety, and an engaged workforce are essential to delivering reliable service. In 2025, Hydro continued to work together, across teams and with our communities, to strengthen safety leadership, recognize and develop our people, advance inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility (IDEA), and give back where support is needed most.
Through leadership, collaboration, and community involvement, we’re showing up together to support of our people, our customers, and our province.
