Public Notice: Road Maintenance and Upgrades on the Labrador Transmission Asset (LTA)

Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro is advising the public of culvert installations on the Labrador Transmission Asset (LTA) access road as part of our annual road maintenance and upgrades work on existing transmission lines.
Maintaining safe, reliable access to our transmission assets and reducing our environmental impacts as much as possible is a priority.
A notice of this work has also been posted to the Canadian Navigation Protection Program and public comments can be made through that portal within 30 days.
Pursuant to paragraph 10(1)(b) of the said Act, Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro has deposited with the Minister of Transport, on the on-line Common Project Search Registry (https://cps.canada.ca/) and under registry number 13180, a description of the following work, its site and plans:
- Culvert installations on the Labrador Transmission Asset (LTA) in central Labrador in the following locations:
