Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro billing during potential postal disruption

Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro is advising customers who receive their bill by mail that delivery may be delayed due to a potential labour disruption by Canada Post.
To ensure you receive your bill on time and avoid payment delays, we encourage you to sign up for our eBill option or create a myNLhydro account.
To sign up for eBills, please call 1.888.737.1296 or email us at customerservices@nlh.nl.ca. If you would like to speak with one of our Customer Service Representatives, please have your account number, meter number, and a piece of identification ready. You can also the self-serve option to check your account balance.
To sign up for a myNLhydro account, visit the registration page on our website. You will need your account and meter numbers. If you have any questions or have trouble registering, email or call us 1.888.737.1296. If you already have a myNLhydro account, you can log in to see your bill and payment due date any time.
