Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro is informing customers in Burgeo of a series of daily outages affecting the community, from September 9 -13.

These outages are required for our teams to complete critical capital upgrade work to the distribution system to ensure reliable service.

Wednesday, September 9 | 12 pm – 8pm
Areas affected: All customers in Burgeo, including the school

Thursday, September 10
No mainline outage. Small individual outages will occur with customers contacted in advance.

Friday, September 11 | 12pm – 6pm
Areas affected: All customers in Burgeo, including the school

Saturday, September 12 | 10am – 4pm
Areas affected: All customers in Burgeo

Sunday, September 13 | 10am – 4pm
Areas affected: All customers in Burgeo

For your safety and convenience: To complete this work in a safe and timely manner, there will be additional Hydro crews in the town, and residents and visitors are asked to please be aware of work activity, crews, equipment and vehicles in the area during this period.
