Public Advisory: Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro billing during postal strike

Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro is advising customers who receive a paper bill by mail that delivery may be delayed due to the disruption of Canada Post services.
To ensure you receive your bill on time and avoid payment delays, we encourage you to sign up for our eBill option or create a myNLhydro account.
To sign up for eBills, please call 1.888.737.1296 or email us at customerservices@nlh.nl.ca.
Please note that our call centre is experiencing a higher than normal call volume.
Customers wishing to speak to one of our Customer Service Representatives are asked to have their account number, meter number, and piece of identification ready.
Customers may also use the self-serve option to check their account balance.
To sign up for a myNLhydro account, visit the registration page on our website. You will need your account number and meter number to create an account.
