Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro would like to advise residents in the Grand Falls-Windsor area of construction work for the Goodyear’s Dam South Fishway from Monday, July 13, 2026, to December 2026.

There will be construction ongoing in the area of the Goodyear’s Dam South Embankment, including trucks entering and exiting the area through Taylor Road.  Signage will be posted, and construction areas will be clearly marked. For safety reasons, we ask the public to please avoid the work area.
