Scholarship Program Helps Women Pursue Careers in Trades and Technology

At Hydro, we’re committed to increasing diversity and inclusion in our communities and workplace.

That’s why each year, Hydro partners with the Women in Resource Development Corporation (WRDC) to offer scholarships for women or gender diverse students pursuing careers in trades and technology.

For 2022, six $1500 scholarships were awarded to students in our province.

Victoria Carroll –  Construction/Industrial Electrician, Academy Canada – St. John’s
