Early May brought significant geomagnetic storms around the world. These types of storms have the potential to pose a risk to power grids and communications so our teams were prepared, ready to respond if needed.

Luckily, we saw no impact to our system, but some people did see our assets in Labrador up against some stunning backdrops created by the Aurora Borealis.
