This year our IDEA Ambassadors in Churchill Falls coordinated their first Pride Walk for the Town of Churchill Falls.

For a small community, there was a great turn out of adults and children alike! The Social Justice group at Eric G. Lambert School, led by Susan Piercy, made their own signs to carry and Abby Norman volunteered to do some face painting, which everyone enjoyed.

It was a beautiful day and a great opportunity for members of the community to get together to help celebrate Pride. Hydro is a place where everyone is welcome, and we look forward to seeing this event grow each year.
