Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro (Hydro) is advising customers that two generating units at the Holyrood Thermal Generating Station will be offline from February 10-11 to complete necessary maintenance.

Unit 1 was taken offline in January for required maintenance, and remains offline as this work continues. Unit 3 will be taken offline for approximately 24 hours starting at 10:00 pm on February 10th, to complete required maintenance. Unit 3 is expected to be returned to service at 10:00 pm on Sunday, February 11th.

There is no anticipated impact to our customers as a result of this work, however we will advise customers should the situation change.
