You did it, Newfoundland and Labrador!

Through your participation, the EV Rebate Program made electric vehicles more affordable for Newfoundlanders and Labradorians. By increasing the number of EVs on our roads that are powered by clean, renewable energy, we reduced our carbon emissions and helped slow the pace of climate change in the province.

The deadline for Provincial EV Rebate Program applications was March 15, 2026. This is an initiative of the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador and is administered by Hydro.
