Earlier this month, we were proud to sponsor and participate in the Women in Construction Professional Development Forum, hosted by the Newfoundland and Labrador Construction Association (NLCA).

Supporting this forum reflects our commitment to advancing diversity, equity, and leadership in the construction industry. Jennifer Williams, President and CEO, participated on the panel “Blueprint for Success” and shared the importance of creating opportunities for women to thrive in this sector, emphasizing the need to be “unapologetically ourselves”.
