I would like to congratulate Claudine Bouchard on her appointment as President and CEO Hydro-Québec. Earning this important appointment over the span of her impressive career, Claudine brings energy experience, wisdom, and vision. The commitment and dedication to this new working relationship between our utilities and provinces has already been highlighted and I look forward to working with Claudine to keep our focus on what really matters – bringing to life the benefits of the Memorandum of Understanding to the people of both provinces.

With our collective leadership, the progress towards definitive agreements will continue. Since day one, I’ve said that this deal makes sense from one utility to another, and our teams continue full steam ahead.
