Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro is advising residents, cabin owners and travellers in the Upper Salmon area of Central Newfoundland that the Company will be releasing water at its North Salmon Dam Spillway into the North Salmon River for a brief period of time on November 23 for the purpose of testing new equipment. People are advised to use the area with caution as water levels and flows will be higher than normal and unpredictable during the testing.
