Update: New myNLhydro app now available for mobile devices

Updates are now complete and the new and improved myNLhydro mobile app is available for download in the App Store and Google Play.

Please note, customers who previously used the myNLhydro app will need to update and/or download the new app on your device(s).

We have upgraded myNLhydro to provide our customers with a new and improved way to safely and securely manage your account, monitor your electricity use, and stay in the loop about power outages in your area.

Please note:

  • These updates automatically took effect on the myNLhydro web portal on November 2, 2022.
  • The myNLhydro mobile app may take up to 5 days to refresh to the new update. myNLHydro app users will need to download the new app once it is available (we will provide a further update when it is available).
  • The current myNLhydro app will be unavailable until the update is complete. We apologize for any inconvenience, and encourage customers to sign in using the myNLhydro web portal at nlhydro.com while we transition to the new app.

We know that quick, easy and secure access to your account is important to our customers. The new myNLhydro has all of the same features and convenience you enjoy today, but with even more great options and an easy-to-use format that is more compatible with today’s mobile devices and computers.
