Equipment Advisory – Hydro advises of maintenance work on Holyrood CT

Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro (Hydro) is advising customers of planned maintenance activities at the Holyrood Combustion Turbine from Tuesday, June 9 to Friday, June 12.

All planned system outages are carefully evaluated to eliminate or minimize potential customer impact. Generation reserves on Hydro’s system are strong.

There are no anticipated customer impacts related to this equipment outage and no customer action is required; however Hydro will provide updates if anything changes.

This advisory is part of Hydro’s commitment to keep customers informed on the status of the electricity system and significant system events.
