Update – Unit #1 at the Holyrood plant was returned to service at 3:30 AM on March 27th. Unit #3 remains offline but available if required.

Previous Advisory:

March 26th – Hydro is advising that two generating units at the Holyrood thermal plant are currently offline.

Unit #3 was taken offline on March 24th as it was not required to meet customer load. The unit is available if required.

Unit #1 at the plant tripped this evening and remains offline. An investigation to determine required repairs is underway.

There is no anticipated customer impact as a result of these units being offline. We will provide further updates if the situation changes.
