Update: Equipment Advisory: Holyrood CT returned to service

UPDATE (Feb12, 9:15 a.m.) – The combustion turbine has been returned to service.

Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro (Hydro) is advising customers that the combustion turbine at the Holyrood plant has been taken offline this evening for a necessary repair.

There is no anticipated customer impact. However, Hydro is monitoring the system closely and will advise of any change.

This advisory is part of Hydro’s ongoing commitment to keep customers informed on the status of the electricity system and significant system events.
