Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro is advising that the Combustion Turbine at Holyrood has been removed from service for scheduled maintenance work. The unit is expected to be returned to service tomorrow, June 1.

Generation reserves are sufficient and there is no customer impact as a result of this work.

This advisory is part of Hydro’s commitment to keep customers informed on the status of the electricity system.
