You can access your billing information through myNLhydro, an online information system that gives you access to your Hydro account. For more information or to register for myNLhydro using your account number and meter number, visit myNLhydro, contact us by email, or call 1-888-737-1296.

Understanding your Hydro bill

We want it to be as easy as possible for you to understand your electricity usage and what you pay for each month. To help you out, we’ve prepared a sample residential bill that explains each section of your monthly bill and how to read it.

Electronic billing (e-billing)

E-billing is a safe and secure way to receive and view your Hydro bill online. It’s convenient for you and good for the environment. Instead of receiving your monthly electricity bill in the mail, you’ll receive an email with your bill attached. To make the switch, email us or contact a Customer Service Representative at 1-888-737-1296 during normal business hours.

If you sign up via email, please provide your account number(s) and the email address where you would like to receive your monthly bill.
