Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro wishes to advise customers in Ramea that some residents may experience brief (2-3 minute) power outages today, as we perform necessary testing and troubleshooting on a diesel unit in the community. The testing will be conducted at around 12:00 Noon and again around 4:00 p.m., and power interruptions could occur during these times. This will affect approximately half of our residential customers in Ramea, specifically those from Henry Giles to Leo Kendall’s, toward the government wharf and the beach area.  We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience as we carry out this necessary work.
