Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro is advising the public of repairs and upgrades being made to the access road to the Ebbegunbaeg hydroelectric structure in central Newfoundland. The road is located approximately 30 km south of Millertown and runs approximately 35 km south to the Ebbegunbaeg control structure on Meelpaeg Reservoir.

The work will begin on June 12 and will continue until approximately June 23.

During this period, users of the access road are asked to please use caution, be mindful of equipment and people at work, and be aware of potential delays as work is ongoing.

These repairs and upgrades are necessary to ensure Hydro has ready access to the Ebbegunbaeg control structure. We thank you for your cooperation.
